Why there is no real sound yet
The sound system is ready, but the library does not yet contain approved human Tibetan recordings. Browser-generated Tibetan speech is not dependable, so it should never be presented as the teacher’s voice.

Open the assigned task on a phone. Record in a quiet room or upload MP3, M4A, WAV, OGG, or WebM. Listen through and keep the original backup.

Use an adult speaker when possible. Record the speaker or guardian consent, educational reuse permission, dialect, and notes.

Check the Tibetan text, pronunciation, pace, noise, dialect label, and rights. Approve it or request a specific correction.

Use bodyig.org as the official sharing address. Treat Bodyig.org as the umbrella identity and གངས་ཕྲུག as the children’s learning space; do not buy another server or SMS service yet.

Protect the domain as an organizational asset
Enable two-factor authentication, registrar lock, auto-renewal, a backup payment method, and safely stored recovery codes. Use an owner-controlled recovery email and name one trusted recovery person. Later transfer ownership to the nonprofit under a written board policy.

Use email one-time codes for parents and volunteers. Children stay under a parent account with nickname profiles. Add monitoring, privacy documents, support, and tested backups.

Build well for Tibetans around the world first
Mainland-China deployment is deferred, not treated as a launch dependency. The first audience is Tibetan families, children, adult heritage learners, and new learners outside mainland China.
This keeps the team focused on excellent language content, human audio, child safety, accessible phones, volunteer operations, and a sustainable U.S. nonprofit. China can be studied later as a separate project with qualified advice.

Build the organization as carefully as the lessons
Write a one-sentence educational mission, choose the incorporation state, and check the organization name with that state.
写出一句教育使命，选择注册州，并在该州查询组织名称。Choose an appropriate board; prepare bylaws, a conflict-of-interest policy, decision records, and clear ownership of the domain and media.
组建合适的董事会，准备章程、利益冲突政策、决策记录，并明确域名与媒体资产归属。File state formation documents with suitable charitable purpose and dissolution language, then obtain an EIN from the IRS.
